Cool soundboard

This is pretty funny. He reminds me of Bruce from Family Guy...
-Pros: It worked well. All the buttons functioned correctly. The spacebar command worked as well. The interface was easy to use as well.
-Cons: You got the sounds from a website. You didn't mention the guys name. The pranked dude didn't swear or anything. The link to the RealmofDarkness site didn't work.
-Suggestions: It would've been way more intuitive if you obtained these voice samples through your own prank calling (not that I'm saying you should) or a friends. It might have been more interesting if he'd gotten REALLY mad and started cursing up a storm. I guess that really wasn't in this guys nature. Make sure if you were trying to make a link to the RoD site that it works. If you weren't, make sure that you don't make it a button.
*It was a funny submission. I'll have to check out your other soundboards.

realmofdarkness responds:

thanks for the advice, I fixed the glitch with the links, they all work now. NG only allows new window links. As for credit for the call, it came from Realm of Darkness.net so the link is credit. Also I wish he had some swearing lines, but the soundboard has all the quotes he ever spoke.

Neat concept

I like the idea.
-Pros: It's somewhat challenging to get started, but easy to master quickly. This has smooth animation. Fairly creative character design gives the game a carefree feel.
-Cons: It's sort of easy to cheat. You can just jump and let go of the balloon to have it float up a little and grab onto it after you fall down again as it keeps getting higher. Your 'back' button at the end of the animation doesn't work either.
-Suggestions: There were no instructions as to what to do. Please tell us what we're getting ourselves into! A keymap for controls would have been nice too, especially since this is a two player game. Also, it seemed like different colored balloons rose higher much faster than the rest. If that's true, please provide a color map if you can (with corresponding balloon speed).
*This is a fun little game for a player vs. player challenge, just fix a few things here and there.

Good test

Despite this being a relative of the devious Impossible Quiz, it was still fairly original.
-Pros: A good compilation of smart alec questions and resulting commentary. Good stuff for making you frustrated at your own unknown ignorance! Also, rewards! (sorry if I spoiled anyone) Who doesn't like a treat after being humbled? This adds greatly to the replay value.
-Cons: Not much to be said here. The only thing I can think of is that you might have made it TOO hard for some people. If you don't think you're a genius though, you shouldn't be taking it in the first place!
-Suggestions: Again, nothing much to say here. Some of the questions may be debatable, but you probably won't find a better answer.
*Congratulations on ten years of animating. I look forward to more of your quizzes.

Great!

I liked the game play and smoothness of the vectored ships. I think every shooter should have upgrades, even verticals. It was a little irritating to have to re-buy every upgrade after purchasing a new ship. Having the ability to sell your old ship would've come in handy, but I suppose that may have made the game a little TOO easy.
I think you still have some medal bugs to work out: My first time through, I beat the Keeper of Souls and it didn't award me the medal. I had to play through again to get it. I was also awarded a medal for beating Genu when he killed ME. (we both exploded) The same thing happened with Epic.
*To fight cheaters, I also noticed you can pause time later on just before the end of a replayed level and with your gold generator active, make a killing.
Other than those small flaws, this game is fairly entertaining; it made me want to earn all the medals. I look forward to traveling to boss world...

It's a good concept

I like the concept of this game, it sends a good message. It's also kinda fun, with a smooth interface. You might want to make it so that you don't have to click again to drop the object into the hole, which would make the game go a lot faster (higher scores too).
The only problem I have with it is that after I submitted my first score and played again, the clock went down almost three times faster. Don't know if that's a glitch, but it kind of ruined the re-playability for me. Other than those few things, you have a good 'green' game here.

Mindem responds:

Thanks for review. About timer...i have faced the same poblem and i don't know how to fix it :(

Somewhat entertaining

I'll give you credit for the effects on this, but the music gets a little distorted in some parts. I don't know if it's supposed to sound like that or not, but that might be something to check out.
There's not much else you can do with games like these other than the usual addition of levels. I really don't think avoid games hold people's attention for very long either, but that's just my opinion. If you want to get heavy into them, you could submit more theme-based games (volcano, ocean, forest, etc) to accompany your elemental idea.

Addictive

I'm only on wave 82 now, but I look forward to beating all waves. You say there's 250? I have a lot of work to do. For some strange reason, my score keeps going down instead of up. You might want to look into that.

Hey thanks

I've been wondering how to do this. For the sheer sake of helpfulness, this should have gotten a higher rating. These are the kinds of specific tuts that NG needs more of.

Incredibly well polished

As with all Armor Games, this one is well made. It is obvious that an incredible amount of time is spent on these kind of games, and it reflects in the game quality and playability.
I was pleasantly surprised when I came upon the humorous portions of the game. After playing for awhile, I thought the game was fairly serious, but after encountering a few hobos and even a relatively famous rabbit, I laughed pretty hard.
I really can't say much in terms of how to improve this game. I suppose different audio tracks for the varying areas would help, though that would drastically increase the size of the flash... Oh well, it's good enough as it is.

One change

Hmm, seems like I saw this EXACT same game last night come through the portal, only now you added music. Maybe you should ask what needs to be done instead of asking people not to blam it.
If you expect to be treated like an adult, don't use your age as an excuse for bad rendering.

There are no secrets, just varying levels of obscurity.
